and
Well, I just spent two months in South Dakota -- in the dead of winter at that -- but all to no avail.
I took the blowup of Erin's avatar, made 200 copies, tacked them onto telephone poles, showed them around town, hit every bar in the state.
No one in South Dakota seems to have seen anyone who looks like Erin.
I even forgot to look for gaming casinos, etc. But nothing ventured, nothing gained I guess.
Erin seems to have dropped off the face of Mother Earth.
BTW, Erin, I did see some nice looking ladies but your avatar has them all beaten. |

Wow, Hawk. We appreciate all your efforts in making so many copies of Erin's avatar and placing them all over South Dakota. It must have been exhausting in all that cold weather. I'm thinking it would have been much easier on you to have placed them in a more friendly climate, such as San Diego, where she lives.
Erin sometimes wanders from the board for periods, but always comes back, and I'm looking forward to it.

MMMhhh, so you are suggesting SD for San Diego, eh? I had considered South Dixie but Mobile, Chattahoochee, and Clayton (yes, Clayton, Georgia, suh) seemed a far piece to go.
Also, San Dimas came to mind and I didn't think there was anything lost by me in CA that I wanted to retrieve.
I even thought of Sum Dim but I think that's a Chinese Soup.
So I called Sid Dahlstein and he informed me that I was chasing a dream.
So Dere hangs my tale of disappointment.
Sam Despade would have done a better job.
See Dears, why you can't let just anyone have access to a typewriter.
Stan DeMan should be able to further enlighten us on the "SD Challenges". |

Well, she's not banned in South Dakota. I've got half the state looking for her. |

I always thought "SD" stood for "Serendipity" in Erin's case.
But my personal use of that acronym for a location is "Strange Dreams", where I often seem to reside.
We miss you, Erin! Please return so we can end this maddening speculation! |

And: resurrecting my post.
All the world loves a mystery.
Where in that big ol' world is Erin?
Does she resemble her post (unlike the rest of us)?
Will she return to us" one day?
Will she show up at the Tuesday nite happy hour at the Farside?
Will Vanessa be jealous?
Ah, so many questions and so little time for answers!! |

LMAO, here I am!!! And WOW I feel so loved.
Johh is right Hawk, you should've been looking in San Diego, you would've found me in a heartbeat. Everyone in SD knows who I am and where to find me...LOL
I'll probably be back around here more often as I'm planning another trip to Reno! I have to catch up on all the latest developments at the Peppermill...LOL BTW, I can't believe they got rid of the food court and are putting in a sucky BBQ place...blech. |

Welcome back, Erin. You missed all the excitement in your absence. Alison sent hot pictures of herself to a select few members of the board (one of which was NOT me, darn her). I met Jerry at the Fireside Lounge Tuesday and he showed some of them to me, and oh, my.......GOODNESS. |
